I mixed up a few beans : lobia beans, oriental beans, black eyed beans, and green moong(just for the heck of it). Soaked in water for a few hours, the colours looked beautiful while soaking. Simmered in tomato based gravy, they were delicious. Here is how I made it. Ingredients Lobia beans ½ cup Red beans(karamani) ½ cup Oriental beans ¼ cup Moong ½ cup Onion 1 big chopped Tomatoes 2 big chopped Chilli powder 1 tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste Jeera ½ tsp Saunf ½ tsp Oil 1 tbsp
